This 200 hour YTTC introduces you to the fundamentals of yoga and its philosophy. After completing this yoga course, you will receive a certificate, and you will be qualified to become a yoga teacher.
300 Hour Yoga Teacher Training
The 300 hour yoga teacher training course is an advanced-level course for students who want to attain deep knowledge of yoga and its philosophy. This 300 hour YTTC introduces you to the deep roots of yoga and its philosophy. After completing this yoga course, you will receive a certificate as an advanced learner.
500 Hour Yoga Teacher Training
The 500 hour yoga teacher training course is our most advanced program, combining the 200 hour and 300 hour syllabi into one comprehensive training path. It is designed for serious practitioners who want complete mastery of yoga philosophy, anatomy, and teaching methodology. Graduates are recognized internationally as highly qualified senior yoga teachers.

Not at all. Our 100-Hour Yoga Teacher Training and short courses are designed to welcome complete beginners as well as experienced practitioners — classes are structured so everyone can progress at their own pace.
Course fees cover all classes, study materials, and a completion certificate. Accommodation and meals are available as add-ons depending on the package you choose — see each course page for details.
Yes. We offer both private and shared rooms right on campus, just steps from the practice halls and dining area, so you can stay fully immersed for the duration of your course.
Days usually begin with morning meditation and asana practice, followed by philosophy or anatomy lectures, and an evening practice session — with breaks for meals and rest throughout the day.
Most of our training happens in person here in Rishikesh, but select short courses — including parts of our Sound Healing program — are available online. Check the course page for format details.
Cancellations made more than 30 days before your course start date are eligible for a full refund minus a small processing fee. Please reach out to us directly for cancellations closer to your start date.
