Welcome to India, although there are many training programs in India-there are none that organize all of your travel, food, lodging, and assist with the transition into a new culture-World Yoga and Hunnyfly Holidays does it all-We also provide a dual certificate in Hatha Yoga and Indian Culture and Philosophy. We start our journey in Delhi and travel to Dharamsala-home to the Dalai Lama. We will spend 10 days in Dharamsala and then travel to Rishikesh for the completion of the course and certificate ceremony.
All you have to do is arrive in Delhi and we arrange your pick up and drop at training locations-in fact it's included in your tour cost which is a plus. Arriving in India with no plans, although it is done, is not as easy as one may imagine, and you will end up spending more money than you planned. Our goal is to get you to the training as stress free as possible. Not only do we arrange your arrival, you have a free consultation about the culture, what to wear, what to bring, what to expect, the best way to change money and other various concerns There are many books out there, but they never tell you all the information-they don't have the experience; we do. I had no help when my bus was cancelled, and I had to get to another state in 10 hours. A 200 Hr Yoga Alliance teaching certification in Hatha provides a foundation for further work in all forms of yoga. The opportunity to immerse yourself in this profound setting deep in the heart of India is a rare experience - one that does not come every day. It brings together the material and spiritual roots the practice that we love. It is the opportunity of a lifetime. We explore all eight limbs and offer a certificate in Hatha yoga (YA registred) as well as a certificate from The Purab Paschim Institute in Mumbai.

Your teachers will bring their unique style and passion together to combine Eastern and Western teaching styles. There is a difference. Often in the USA and many European countries asana alignment, anatomy, posture structure, and themed classes are common and very popular styles. Eastern classes tend to focus more on awareness in mediation and relaxation. We want to combine India's sensitivity to awareness and energetic exchange with the West's physical understanding.
